The Canard Case (The Artifactor Series Book 4)
I've enjoyed the series so far; it's a light and fun read. However by now, the story's become a bit slow and the plot predictable. The Canard Case was rather short and felt hastily written - I mean why the Canard Case? There was no mention of this in the story...
Also, while I enjoyed Sevana's character in the start of this series - she was a strong, fun, and diverse mc - I have not seen any character growth during the four books of the Artifactor series; she is still the same as she was in the beginning, even though she has gone through life-changing events, without any character growth or development. This is too bad, as I think there is much potential to explore and to build more depth into series, instead it has stagnated.
