Nothing Personal

Nothing Personal - Jaci Burton I would have been fine with the story premise and the characters had the story just had more depth in it, the characters felt empty and shallow, the story just fell flat. Faith is unlike every other woman he has previously dated; she’s shy and insecure, while Ryan is cold and unfeeling. Well the author got that first part right, but then, out of the blue, there was love. The romance didn’t feel real at all, the characters just fell in love with each other, because the author said so.
